1. نطاق التطبيق

تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع الطلبات المقدمة عبر الموقع داخل الجزائر.

2. وسائل الدفع المقبولة

نقبل وسائل الدفع التالية:

  • الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)

  • الدفع الإلكتروني (عند توفره عبر بوابات معتمدة)

  • التحويل البنكي (للطلبات الخاصة أو الكبيرة)

3. الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)

✔ يتم تأكيد الطلب عبر الهاتف أو واتساب.
✔ يعتبر التأكيد موافقة تعاقدية ملزمة.

في حالة:

  • رفض الاستلام دون سبب مشروع

  • إعطاء معلومات خاطئة

  • طلبات متكررة غير جادة

يحق للتاجر:

  • تعليق الحساب

  • منع الدفع عند الاستلام مستقبلاً

  • إدراج العميل ضمن قائمة داخلية للحد من الاحتيال

  • المطالبة بتكاليف الشحن

4. أمان المعاملات

نستخدم:

  • تشفير SSL

  • بوابات دفع آمنة

  • آليات تحقق لمنع الاحتيال

لا يتم تخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية على خوادمنا.

5. معالجة المدفوعات

  • يتم تأكيد الطلب فور استلام التأكيد.

  • الطلبات المدفوعة إلكترونيًا تُعالج بعد التحقق من الدفع.

  • التحويل البنكي يجب أن يتم خلال 72 ساعة.

6. الاسترجاع المالي

في حال الإلغاء قبل الشحن يتم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل.

في حال الاسترجاع بعد الاستلام، تطبق شروط سياسة الاسترجاع.

مدة معالجة الاسترجاع: حتى 14 يومًا.

7. النزاعات

تخضع هذه السياسة للقانون الجزائري.
المحاكم الجزائرية مختصة.

This Payment Policy applies to purchases made through drakar.store within Algeria.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order confirmation via phone or WhatsApp constitutes a binding agreement.

Unjustified refusal of delivery may result in:

  • Account restriction

  • Suspension of COD privileges

  • Recovery of logistics costs

  • Internal fraud-prevention listing

Full card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Payment Processing

Pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded in full.

Post-delivery refunds follow the Return Policy.

Refunds are processed within 14 days.
