1. حق الانسحاب (الجزائر)

طبقًا للقانون 18-05، يحق للمستهلك الانسحاب خلال 7 أيام تقويمية من تاريخ استلام المنتج.

لا يُشترط ذكر السبب.

لا ينطبق حق الانسحاب على:

• المنتجات المفتوحة ذات الطابع الصحي أو الشخصي

• المنتجات المخصصة حسب الطلب

• المنتجات القابلة للتلف

2. شروط الاسترجاع

يجب أن يكون المنتج:

• غير مستعمل

• في حالته الأصلية

• مرفقًا بفاتورة أو إثبات شراء

• داخل عبوته الأصلية

نحتفظ بحق رفض الاسترجاع إذا لم تُحترم الشروط.

3. الاسترداد

يتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يومًا من استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.

يتم الاسترداد عبر:

• تحويل بنكي

• أو وسيلة دفع متفق عليها

تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب مثبت.

4. الاستبدال

نقبل الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:

• عيب في المنتج

• خطأ في المقاس أو اللون (خلال 7 أيام)

في حال الخطأ من طرفنا نتحمل تكاليف الشحن.
في حال الاستبدال الطوعي يتحمل العميل تكلفة الإرجاع.

5. الطرود التالفة

يجب الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة مع صور واضحة.
بعد التحقق يتم التعويض أو الاستبدال.

6. النزاعات

تخضع هذه السياسة للقانون الجزائري.
المحاكم الجزائرية مختصة.

1. Withdrawal Right (Algeria)

Algerian consumers may withdraw within 7 calendar days from delivery in accordance with Law 18-05.

No justification is required.

Exclusions include:

• Opened hygienic/personal goods

• Custom-made products

• Perishable goods

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused

• Be in original condition

• Include proof of purchase

• Be returned in original packaging

Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

Refund method may include bank transfer or agreed alternative.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Defective items

• Size/color change within 7 days

If the error is ours, we cover shipping.
Voluntary exchanges require customer to cover return shipping.

5. Damaged Goods

Damage must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Algerian law.
Algerian courts have jurisdiction.

Le consommateur dispose d’un délai de 7 jours calendaires à compter de la réception.

Exceptions :

• Produits ouverts pour raisons d’hygiène

• Produits personnalisés

• Produits périssables

2. Conditions de retour

Produit non utilisé, en parfait état, avec preuve d’achat.

3. Remboursement

Effectué sous 14 jours après inspection.

Frais de livraison non remboursables sauf défaut.

4. Échange

Échange accepté en cas de défaut ou erreur.

5. Litiges

Compétence des juridictions algériennes.
