1. نطاق التطبيق

تطبق هذه السياسة على جميع الطلبات داخل الجزائر.

2. مناطق التوصيل

نقوم بالتوصيل إلى جميع ولايات الجزائر الـ58، حسب تغطية شركة الشحن.

لا نقوم بالتوصيل إلى:

  • العناوين غير الواضحة

  • مناطق خارج التغطية

  • عناوين بدون رقم هاتف صالح

3. مدة تجهيز الطلب

يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة عمل بعد تأكيده.

4. مدة التوصيل

مدة التوصيل التقديرية:

  • الجزائر العاصمة والولايات القريبة: 2–4 أيام

  • باقي الولايات: 3–7 أيام

قد تختلف المدة بسبب:

  • الضغط اللوجستي

  • الظروف الجوية

  • المناسبات الرسمية

5. تكاليف الشحن

يتم عرض تكلفة الشحن بوضوح قبل تأكيد الطلب.

قد نقدم:

  • شحن مجاني في إطار عروض خاصة

  • تسعيرة ثابتة حسب الولاية

6. الدفع عند الاستلام

في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام:

  • يعتبر تأكيد الطلب التزامًا قانونيًا

  • رفض الاستلام دون سبب مشروع قد يؤدي إلى:

    • تعليق الحساب

    • منع الدفع عند الاستلام مستقبلاً

    • تحميل العميل تكاليف الشحن

7. الطرود التالفة أو المفقودة

في حالة استلام منتج متضرر:

  • يجب الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة

  • إرسال صور واضحة

في حالة فقدان الطرد:

  • يتم التحقيق مع شركة الشحن

  • يتم التعويض وفقًا للقانون

8. القوة القاهرة

لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن:

  • كوارث طبيعية

  • اضطرابات عامة

  • مشاكل لوجستية خارجة عن إرادتنا

9. النزاعات

تخضع هذه السياسة للقانون الجزائري.
المحاكم الجزائرية مختصة بالنظر في النزاعات.

This Shipping Policy applies to deliveries within Algeria.

2. Delivery Zones

We deliver to all 58 Algerian wilayas, subject to carrier coverage.

We do not ship to:

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Unreachable phone numbers

  • Restricted zones

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated transit times:

  • Algiers & nearby: 2–4 business days

  • Other wilayas: 3–7 business days

Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or public holidays.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout confirmation.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping during promotions

  • Fixed-rate shipping by zone

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order confirmation constitutes a binding commitment.

Unjustified refusal may result in:

  • Account restriction

  • Suspension of COD privileges

  • Recovery of shipping costs

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Damage must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.

Lost parcels will be investigated with the carrier and resolved according to Algerian consumer law.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Algerian law.
